Sussex Elks Lodge 2288 will be hosting a Meet & Greet on Friday, May 17, from 6-8 p.m. Light refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Sussex Elks Lodge #2288 is one of the links in the nationwide organization of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. The Elks are a volunteer organizations, working with Special Children, Veterans, Youth Activities, Americanism, Drug Awareness, Scholarship, and more. Many people in our community do not know the large quantity of things the Elks do within the community, accounting for over three million charitable dollars to the community since our lodge’s inception in 1963.

During this event, the elks aim to share an overview of each of our lodge programs with the community. Information will also be available as to how our lodge may be able to use these programs to assist current activities. The Elks are an ever changing, ever growing organization, and they would value your input as to where they can best serve the community.
